Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346(1) of the Companies Act 1955
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of August 1993, the ANZ Banking Group (NZ) Limited, appointed Messrs Peter Ross McLean and Stuart Raymond Cann as receivers and managers of the property of Oil and Chemical Services Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 20th day of October 1987, given by that company.
The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Beattie Rickman, Chartered Accountants, P.O. Box 191, Hamilton.
