Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easements in Gross Acquired for Water Drainage, for Water Supply Purposes, and for Drainage Works in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross to drain water as described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; an easement in gross to convey water as described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto; and an easement in gross to drain sewage as described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said easements shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
