Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in The Upper Hutt City Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

1180 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 75770, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District. All certificate of title 42B/417.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Upper Hutt City Council on the 28th day of April 1993:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Upper Hutt City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose reserve (esplanade) within the meaning of the said Act.”

Revocation of Appointment of the Ruakaka Central Domain Board to Control and Manage the Ruakaka Central Domain

Pursuant to section 30 (6) of the Reserves Act, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, being a Commissioner for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977, hereby revokes the appointment of the Ruakaka Central Domain Board as published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 44, 22 July 1954, page 1184.

Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
