Notice Calling Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Bruce and Laura Robinson Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members and creditors will be held at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Second Floor, Chambers Nicholls Centre, 1 James Street, Whangarei at 9 a.m. on Friday, the 27th day of August 1993, for the purpose of:

1. Having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

2. To resolve, pursuant to section 328 (i) (b) of the Companies Act 1955:

   “That the liquidator shall hold the records of the company for 12 months, after that time the records may be destroyed.”

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy and vote instead of that member. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Second Floor, Chambers Nicholls Centre, 1 James Street, Whangarei, no later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 23rd day of August 1993.
