Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Hargrave Hewitt, 611 Great South Road, Manukau City on Thursday, the 2nd day of September 1993 at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Eighth Floor, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch at 10 a.m. on Monday, the 23rd day of August 1993, for the purpose of:

Having an account laid before showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to pass the following resolution:

“That the records of the company be disposed of 12 months after the date of this meeting.”

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of that member. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Eighth Floor, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch, not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 20th day of August 1993.
