Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of August 1993, it appointed David Dryden Davidson and John Rofe, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Arthur Andersen, Chartered Accountants, Level Fifteen, 209 Queen Street (P.O. Box 199), Auckland, as receivers and managers of all the assets and property of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 21st day of January 1991, being a debenture from Office Furniture Wholesalers (1990) Limited to Westpac Banking Corporation.

Appointment of Receivers and Managers

In the matter of Office Furniture Wholesalers (1990) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland (hereinafter called “the company”):

Westpac Banking Corporation, being the registered holder of a debenture dated the 21st day of January 1991, issued by the above-named company, do hereby appoint David Dryden Davidson and John Rofe, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, to be joint and several receivers and managers of property charged by the said debenture with all the powers conferred by the said debenture and conditions of the said debenture relating to the appointment of receivers and managers thereunder subject to any direction of the Court in relation thereto and so that the receivers and managers shall be deemed to be the agent of the said company and not the bank as provided in the said debenture.

Barry McKenzie Motors Limited (formerly trading as Grand National Tavern (Petone) Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 120N Karamu Road, Hastings, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of July 1993, it appointed Kevin John Williams, chartered accountant of Hastings, as receiver and manager of the property of Gupwell Hotels Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of October 1992, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Gupwell Hotels Limited (in liquidation).

Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of August 1993, it appointed Bruce McCallum and David Ross Petterson, chartered accountants, both of Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 24th day of July 1989, given by TWL Property Holdings Limited (in receivership), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, in favour of Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited, a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on the 10th day of August 1989.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the undertaking, property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, of the company including the uncalled and called but unpaid, capital of the company.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the office of McCallum Petterson & Co, Level Eight, BNZ Trust House, 50 Manners Street, Wellington.
