Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares:

(a) The portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/304.

(b) The portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/303.

First Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

645 square metres, being Section 1, S.O. 14986.

Second Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

660 square metres, being Section 2, S.O. 14986.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped in the District of Kaikoura

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of April 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 May 1993, No. 63, at page 1179, declaring road to be stopped and stopped road vested in the District of Kaikoura by adding to the end of paragraph (b) (ii) the following:

... the registered proprietor of the adjoining land, Robert John PRESCOTT, being a settlor under the Joint Family Homes Act, 1964.
