Approval of Private Training Establishments for the Purposes of Section 12 (6) (b) of the Taranaki Scholarships Trust Board Act 1957

Pursuant of section 12 (6) (b) of the Taranaki Scholarships Trust Board Act 1957 (as substituted by section 2 of the Taranaki Scholarships Trust Board Amendment Act 1993) I hereby approve for the purposes of this Act the

New Zealand School of Dance, P.O. Box 11-357, Wellington, a private training establishment within the meaning of section 158 (1) of the Education Act 1989

and the

Bible College of New Zealand, Private Bag, Henderson, a private training establishment within the meaning of section 159 (1) of the Education Act 1989.

The Resource Management (Approval of Rotorua Electricity as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Rotorua Electricity as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—Rotorua Electricity is hereby approved as a requiring authority for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Waikite Valley Road substation and the Te Ngae Road substation, in Rotorua.

The Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—Watercare Services Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority for the following projects or works:

(a) The construction, operation, maintenance, and improvement of a reservoir at Spencer Road, Albany;

(b) The construction, operation, maintenance, and improvement of a reservoir at McClymonts Road, Albany;

(c) The construction, operation, maintenance, and improvement of a pumping station at McClymonts Road, Albany.

The Resource Management (Approval of Trans Power New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Trans Power New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 7th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—Trans Power New Zealand Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority for the following projects or works:

(a) The completion of the construction of the Albany/Silverdale 220kV line, and the operation, maintenance, and improvement of that line;

(b) The construction and continued operation, maintenance, and improvement of a new high voltage transmission line for upgrading the supply of electricity to the Ashley Substation, near Ashley township, as part of the North Canterbury supply upgrade project;

(c) The construction and continued operation, maintenance, and improvement of a new high voltage transmission line to connect the Waitaki-Glenavy A 110Kv line, and the Glenavy-Oamaru A and B 110Kv lines, as part of the Oamaru supply upgrade project.
