Incorporated (in voluntary liquidation) (hereinafter called "the society"):
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the above-named society on the 17th day of July 1993, the following special resolutions were passed by the society:
That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the society be wound up voluntarily.
That Graeme Bruce Clark, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the society.

Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu
Provides for the dissolution of the Ngaitahu Maori Trust Board and Te Runanganui o Tahu Incorporated. In its place, the bill establishes Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu as the tribal structure to manage its assets and business, and to distribute benefits to members of Ngai Tahu Whanui. The bill defines the geographic boundary of Ngai Tahu Whanui and to whom the bill applies.

Pursuant to section 89 of the Animals Act 1967, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives a notification of the registration of a Standard Animal Mark as described in the Schedule to this notice.
Schedule
(a) Registered name of owner: New Zealand Sport Horse Marketing and Sales Limited, Te Kanuka Road, R.D. 9, Masterton.
(b) Description of Standard Animal Mark: As a stylised impression of a Kiwi together with the letters โNZโ as represented below:
