The partners of Weenink and Thomas advise that Harold Bruce Thomas retired from the partnership on the 31st day of July 1993.

Notice is hereby given that on the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated on the 26th day of July 1993, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $2,000,000,000 to $1,980,000,000 and the minute approved by the Court were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 29th day of July 1993. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
