Call Savings

A 1% Toll Saver Bonus applies to all customers with Friends and Family call plans. The Toll Saver Bonus is deducted from the net value of qualifying calls after the Call Plan discount has been deducted.

Friends and Family National Plan

Peak Time Calls: calls made between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. weekdays.

Off Peak Time Calls: calls made Monday to Friday 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. and all day Saturday, Sunday and National Statutory holidays.

A 1% Toll Saver Bonus applies to the net value of qualifying calls after the removal of the Friends and Family discount.

Savings apply to calls made between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. weekdays, and all day on Saturday, Sunday and National Statutory holidays.

Friends and Family National Examples:

For a customer who makes a 42 minute and 30 second call from Rotorua to Dunedin at 10 a.m. Monday to Friday call charges will be as follows:

42 minute and 30 second call, 1 step at morning rate ... $39.15

Comprising standard charge of ... $39.15

less 30% savings ... $11.75

less 1% Toll Saver Bonus ... $0.27

Final charge ... $27.13
