Exclusions

Some calls are not included in Brilliant Deductions. Examples are: Telecom Local Calls, Telecom National Directory Assistance, Telecom 0800 and 0900 Calls and Telex services, and calls charged by Telecom Mobile Communications Ltd, Scott Base Telephone Service, and Netway Communications.

4.2 Brilliant Deductions Chamber Plan

Description

The Brilliant Deductions Chamber Plan is a call savings plan specifically designed for businesses who are Chamber of Commerce members. The plan is not available to other business customers. Chamber of Commerce members who sign up for the Brilliant Deductions Chamber Plan receive additional call savings if their regional Chamber of Commerce membership collectively spends over $45,000 (GST exclusive) per month on Telecom National and International Calls.

Terms and Conditions

  • The terms and conditions for the Brilliant Deductions Chamber Plan are the same as for the Brilliant Deductions Plan, with the following additional conditions:

  • Each Chamber of Commerce member must be account managed by a Telecom Account Manager.

  • Chamber members can enrol telephone connections from outside the chamber region (for example, branch offices), provided those connections are not also enrolled in their local regional Brilliant Deductions Chamber Plan.

Call Savings

  • With the "Most" option, customers receive an additional 2% saving on top of International Call savings rates on calls to the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan or Canada, if one of these is selected as the "Most" called country.

  • The total toll spend of all regional Chamber Plan members is monitored quarterly and the monthly spend is taken as an average of the three months.
