Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 12th day of July 1993, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

“That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily and that Allan Raymond Isaac and John Stewart Drage, chartered accountants of Wellington, be jointly and severally appointed liquidators, for the purposes of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the company.”
