Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in Far North District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Far North District Council, and

(b) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken and vested in The Far North District Council.

Revoking in Part and Amending a Gazette Notice in Auckland City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland,

1. Pursuant to section 114, hereby revokes the notice declaring land and interests over land acquired for defence purposes and easements partially surrendered in the City of Auckland, dated 7 July 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 July 1992, No. 110, page 2455 (C. 40697/8.2), as to the right of way easements acquired over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being part of the piece of land fourthly described in the Fifth Schedule of the said declaration, and

2. Pursuant to section 55, hereby amends the said declaration by:

(a) Adding as to the areas fifty and sixty described in the Fifth Schedule of the said declaration, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and

(b) By omitting the second paragraph of the description of the right of way easement described in the said declaration and substituting therefore the following paragraph:

“The easement shall not be used by vehicles until a track has been drained, graded, formed and metalled to a standard sufficient to provide reasonable all-weather access, for four wheel drive vehicles provided that the forty one decimal one zero (41.10) metres of beach access, part of the area marked ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 66647, nearest the seaward end, shown on the diagram on the said plan, shall be used for pedestrian access only (hereinafter called the “pedestrian access”) and shall be limited to a width not exceeding one decimal five three (1.53) metres and the pedestrian access shall be fenced on both sides to prevent stock intrusion, with appropriate gates at each end.”

Declaring Land to be a Government Road and Road Stopped in Manukau City

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Schedule to be a Government road which shall vest in the Crown, and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and when so stopped may be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
