Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Presented by: Allan Douglas Mark, New Zealand Commercial Property Brokers Limited, Hamilton.

The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited ("the trustee"), with reference to Palmford Investments Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of July 1993, it appointed Allan Douglas Mark of New Zealand Commercial Property Brokers Limited, 4 Knox Street, Hamilton, as receiver of income of the property comprised in certificate of title 51C/740 (South Auckland Registry) ("the land") under the powers contained in memorandum of mortgage No. B. 117588.8 (which mortgage was originally granted to Equitable Life Insurance Company Limited and subsequently assigned to the trustee).

The receiver of income has been appointed in respect of the income of the land or any part thereof and of any business conducted on the land or any part thereof.

The common seal of the Corporate Trustee Services Board (a local board) of the Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited was affixed.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

R.K. Anderson Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of July 1993, it appointed Paolo Caccioppoli, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Metropolitan Hospital (Auckland) Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of March 1991, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Metropolitan Hospital (Auckland) Limited.

Alliance Textiles (NZ) Limited and Woolyarns Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 9th day of July 1993, they appointed Richard Bruce Hudson and Bryan George Pocock, both chartered accountants of Wellington, to be receivers and managers of the property of Heretaunga Knitwear (1990) Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of August 1990.
