Notice is hereby given that having filed a declaration of solvency in compliance with section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, the above named company resolved on the 25th day of June 1993, by a special resolution by means of an entry in the minute book of the company pursuant to the provisions of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Herbert John Chapman is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

Notice is further given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Booth and Birnie Farms Limited (in liquidation) which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 10th day of August 1993, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims.
