Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

John Frederick Hansen and Ngaire Ellen Hansen, both farmers of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 5th day of July 1993, they appointed Anthony John McCullagh of Auckland, chartered accountant, receiver and manager of all the property charged by a certain debenture (“the debenture”) dated the 26th day of November 1987, given by Kaukapakapa Motors (1983) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Main Road, Kaukapakapa in favour of ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, on the 10th day of December 1987. J. F. and N. E. Hansen became entitled to exercise rights under the debenture by reason of a payment made by them to ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, discharging the indebtedness of Kaukapakapa Motors (1983) Limited, under the debenture.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed comprises the undertaking and all the assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled capital for the time being of Kaukapakapa Motors (1983) Limited.
