Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Wallmann Communications Limited:

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 22nd day of January 1993, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily."

A meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Gilligan Sheppard, Chartered Accountants, Fourth Floor, Smith & Caughey Building, 253 Queen Street, Auckland, on the 4th day of February 1993 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
