Rex Edward Caulfield, company director of Auckland and Leonie Elizabeth Caulfield, his wife, hereby give notice that on the 20th day of January 1993, they appointed Murray Gordon Wells, chartered accountant, whose office is care of Messrs Jolly Duncan & Wells of 127 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland as receiver of all of the assets of Solutions 2000 Limited under the power contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of September 1992, being a debenture from Solutions 2000 Limited to Rex Edward Caulfield and Leonie Elizabeth Caulfield.
