Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346(1) of the Companies Act 1955

Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, Cash Wholesalers (South Island) Limited and Foodstuffs (South Island) Properties Limited (formerly called Foodstuffs (Christchurch) Properties Limited in the debenture) having their respective principal places of business at Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 16th day of June 1992, they appointed David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers, jointly and severally of the property of A.M. Field Limited (“the company”), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Timaru, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of July 1992 and given by the company under its former name of Preform Company 432 Limited, which property consists of all the undertaking, property and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said A.M. Field Limited.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, with reference to Hosking Bakery Co. Limited (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of June 1992, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, appointed James Bruce Alfred McAlister of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in the debenture dated the 9th day of October 1989.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
