Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Fergusons Bush Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation for the West Coast Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall form part of the Fergusson Bush Scenic Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
