DFC New Zealand Limited (Subject to Statutory Management) and its Subsidiaries and Associates

DFC New Zealand Limited has been subject to statutory management under the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act since the 3rd day of October 1989. Under the supervision of the statutory manager, DFC New Zealand Limited, its subsidiaries and certain associates (together “DFC”) are now in the process of winding down their business, realising their assets and paying off their creditors to the extent that they can.
