Lindgren (NZ) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of January 1992, it appointed Errol Wayne Bailey and Jack Philip Goldsmith, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Hutchinson Agencies Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 5th day of March 1991, which property consists of all of the company undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, both present and future, including its unpaid calls and uncalled and unpaid capital, present and future.
