An order for the winding up of Hamilton Ten Pin Bowling Limited (in liquidation), formerly of 4 Kellis Place, Hamilton, now care of the Official Assignee's Office, Hamilton, was made by the High Court at Hamilton on the 19th day of July 1991.

The first meeting of creditors will be held at my office, 16–20 Clarence Street, Hamilton on Monday, the 29th day of June 1992 at 11 a.m. Meeting of contributories to follow.

Notice is given that by a members resolution at a meeting of members of the above-named company on the 2nd day of June 1992, the following resolution was passed by all members of the company, that:

(a) A declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily;

(b) Mr D. N. Dass be appointed liquidator for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its assets; and
