Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a public school on the date of publication in the Gazette hereof.

Amending a Notice Declaring Crown Land to Be Set Apart for Community Uses and Development in Hutt City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of April 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 April 1992, No. 57, page 1177 by amending the area of the land firstly described in the Schedule to read 759, and by amending the description of the land sixthly described in the Schedule to read Lot 10 and part Lot 9, D.P. 353, being all certificate of title 130/269.
