Notice of Voluntary Winding Up Resolution

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hazel Offices Limited, Three Hazels Limited, David Rise Holdings Limited, David Rise Investments Limited, Charles Aumoe Holdings Limited, and Charles Aumoe Investments Limited:

Notice is given that after delivery to the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of May 1992, of a declaration of solvency, pursuant to the provisions of section 274, the above-named companies by minute, entered in their respective minute books, pursuant to the provisions of section 362, each passed the following resolution as a special resolution on the 29th day of May 1992:

“That the company, having filed a declaration of solvency, pursuant to section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, be wound up voluntarily and that William Robert Matthew of Eleventh Floor, Southpac Tower, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, be and is, appointed liquidator of the company.”

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named companies which are being wound up voluntarily, fixed the 18th day of June 1992, as the day on or before, which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
