Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

McDougall Dobson Associates Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of May 1992, it appointed Ewen Mohr McDougall, management consultant of Auckland as receiver and manager of the property of Recruitment and Personnel Services Limited, under the powers contained in a licence agreement dated the 10th day of February 1992, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Recruitment and Personnel Services Limited.

Further particulars can be obtained from the receiver whose address is at 72 Grafton Road, CPO Box 3723, Auckland.
