Amending a Notice Declaring Land Set Apart for Road (State Highway No. 29) and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of April 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 May 1992, No. 64, at page 1316, declaring land set apart for road (State Highway No. 29) and land set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road in Tauranga District, by amending the area fifthly described in the First Schedule from “885 m²” to “872 m²”.
