Notice of Application for the Renewal of an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air Nauru has applied for the renewal of its International Air Service Licence to operate international air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Nauru and New Zealand from 1 September 1992, and that it is proposed that the renewal be for a period of 5 years from that date. Further details are available from the Secretary of Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application and proposal must forward the representations in writing to reach me on or before 19 June 1992.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given, that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Singapore Airlines Limited, so as to allow the airline to operate up to 6 return B747 passenger services per week between Singapore and New Zealand.

This amendment will take effect on 19th June 1992.
