Notice is hereby given that at general meetings of the above-named society, held on the 27th day of March and the 8th day of May 1992, the following resolutions were passed by the society:

(1) That the society be wound up.

(2) After all the accounts have been paid the remaining funds be donated to Kiwi Kids with Aids Trust (NZ).

(3) Michael James O’Dea be appointed liquidator.
