No. 72
Valentine, Secretary of Forestry, with the approval of the Minister of Forestry, hereby revoke the declaration of infected area made pursuant to regulation 4 of the regulations as specified in New Zealand Gazette notice, 29 September 1988, No. 164, page 3855, affecting that area of land described in the Schedule hereto and in respect of the insect described as a species of Eucalyptus Gall insect.
Schedule
All that area in Wellington, the Hutt Valley, Horowhenua and south-west Manawatu, bounded to the south and west by the coast, and to the north by the Rangitikei River from the coast to where it intersects State Highway No. 3 and south-eastwards to the intersection of the Kairanga-Bunnythorpe Road, then following the Bunnythorpe Road to Ashhurst to State Highway No. 3 and to a point where State Highway No. 3 crosses the Manawatu River. The eastern boundary is a line from this point southwards to Turakirae Head on the south coast.

Notes:
- The declaration made it an offence to remove any live plant material whatsoever if such material consisted of Eucalyptus botryoides or E. saligna, E. grandis, E. deanei and E. robusta.
- The infected area may be generally and roughly described as Wellington, Horowhenua, the Hutt Valley and south-west Manawatu.
- For further information please contact the Regional Manager, Ministry of Forestry, Palmerston North.
- This revocation shall come into effect upon first publication in a newspaper circulated in the infected area.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive, Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1992, No. 2.
- The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
