Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be hereby taken for road and to be vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the Gazette.

Road Declared Stopped and Set Apart for Purposes Functioning Indirectly of a Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to Parts III and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the said pieces of stopped road to be set apart for purposes functioning indirectly of a road and shall remain vested in the Crown.
