Change of Name of a Charitable Trust

In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of Trinity Schools Trust Board incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, having its office at Masterton:

Take notice that Trinity Schools Trust Board has applied to the High Court for approval under Parts III and V of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, of a scheme for variation of the terms of its deed of trust.

The scheme of variation is necessary in order to satisfy the requirements for integration of Saint Matthews and Ratanaike Schools under the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. These changes have been negotiated with the Ministry of Education to make the schools comply with the requirements of the ministry.

At the same time the opportunity is being taken to make some changes the board considers desirable in the mode of governance of the trust and to alter the maximum and minimum numbers of board trustees and the ratio between vestry appointees and other trustees.

The application for approval will be heard by the High Court in Wellington on the 10th day of June 1992 at 10 a.m.
