Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of Balmoral Carpet Layers Limited will be held at the offices of Callincos Gallaher, Solicitors, Third Floor, Sun Alliance House, 70 Tennyson Street, Napier on Thursday, the 28th day of May 1992 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, of passing as a special resolution the following:

1. That it is confirmed as follows:
   (a) That the company was registered before the 1st day of January 1984.
   (b) That pursuant to a special resolution passed by the company on the 29th day of November 1984, the company resolved that the company’s memorandum of association be amended by omitting (inter alia) thereof the objectives as were more particularly set forth in clause c (1) to (47) inclusive thereof.
   (c) The company now desires to have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person.
