Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) and (4) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 30th day of April 1992, passed an ordinary resolution that subject to the decision of the meeting of creditors, John Francis Managh of Wellington, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company.
