Notice Changing Date of Student Representative Election to the Correspondence School Board of Trustees

Pursuant to clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

The time for holding an election for the student representative to the Correspondence School Board of Trustees for 1992 is hereby extended to 4 April 1992.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 June 1991 which was granted under those regulations to Donna Hinerau Henare on behalf of Ruawai Te Kohanga Reo, 167 Church Street, Masterton.

Ruawai Te Kohanga Reo has reverted to a developing te kohanga reo as of 24 March 1992 at premises sited at 25 Intermediate Street, Masterton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
