Reservation of Land

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977.

Westland Land District—Westland District

16.2480 hectares, more or less, being Rural Section 6130, situated in Block IX, Karangarua Survey District, S.O. Plan 10409.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Hangatiki Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

South Auckland Land District—Waitomo District Council

2.3920 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 58738, situated in Block XI, Orahiri Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1976, page 1167 and part New Zealand Gazette, 1981, page 722.

Second Schedule

1.7345 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, LTS 59482, situated in Block XI, Orahiri Survey District. Part certificate of title 960/143.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to section 28 (2) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator, Waikato Conservancy, Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Hauraki District Council to control and manage that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 11 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1991, No. 15.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
