Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990 I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 June 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Elizabeth Utley in respect of Barnardos Tamariki Maru Childcare Centre, Driver Crescent, Porirua.

This centre now operates from premises situated at 24 Mungavin Avenue, Porirua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Tamaki By-Election—Notifying Issue of Writ, Date of Polling, etc.

Pursuant to a warrant under the hand of the Speaker of the House of Representatives dated the 8th day of January 1992 directed to the Clerk of the Writs, I have this day issued a writ to the Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Tamaki authorising the Returning Officer to proceed to the election of a Member of Parliament for that electoral district and have fixed Thursday the 23rd day of January 1992, as the last day for the nomination of candidates, Saturday the 15th day of February 1992, as the day upon which the poll for such election shall (if necessary) be taken, and Friday the 6th day of March 1992, as the day on or before which the said writ shall be returnable to me.
