Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Interlink Systems Limited:
Notice is given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of this company on the 22nd day of April 1992, an extraordinary resolution was passed by the company:
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily.”
“That the company nominates Anthony George Lewis and Ian McCallum Hercus of Coopers & Lybrand, chartered accountants, as liquidators.
