Objections, to, and submissions on, proposal—(1) Any person who is or may be affected by any aspect of the proposed taiapure-local fishery may, within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette, lodged an objection to, and/or submission on, the proposal at the office of the Maori Land Court given above.

(2) All objections and submissions on the proposal shall:

(a) Identify the grounds on which the objections or submissions are made; and

(b) Be supplemented by such particulars or information as the Registrar of the Maori Land Court notifies the appellant, that the Registrar of the Maori Land Court considers necessary to sufficiently identify the grounds of the objections or submissions.
