The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed, comprised all the company's undertaking, and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and called, but unpaid capital of the company.

Invercargill hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of April 1992, it appointed Barry Charles Thomas of Queenstown and Stephen John Symington Brown of Invercargill, chartered accountants, to be jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in instruments dated the 2nd day of December 1991, being a debenture.
