Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land

I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve, pursuant to section 143A (1)(a) and section 143c (1)(b) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Grey District Council, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All those parcels of land containing in total 4250 square metres, more or less, being Sections 234, 235, 265 and 266, Town of Dobson, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 5A, folios 1492 and 1493 and Volume 5B, folios 11 and 12 (Westland Registry).
