Land in Waikato District Acquired for the Purposes of a Road
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in the District of Wanganui
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Wanganui District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Schedules hereto, to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 227, folio 244.
(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21A/68, subject to memorandum of mortgage 523321.5.
(iii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Deferred Payment Licence No. 39C/306, subject to right of way created by transfer 396064, memorandum of mortgage 185734.4, statutory land charge 409709.1, memoranda of mortgage 989513.1 and 507798.1.
(iv) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 134, folio 101.
(v) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 19B/120, subject to memoranda of mortgage 269719.2, B016094.2 and 504165.2.
(vi) The areas described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 662, folio 53.
(c) Declares the land described in the Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:
(i) The area described in the Eighth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Deferred Payment Licence No. 39C/306, subject to right of way created by Transfer 396064, memorandum of mortgage 185734.4, statutory land charge 409709.1, memorandum of mortgage 989513.1 and 507798.1.
(ii) The area described in the Ninth Schedule shall be vested in The Wanganui District Council.
(iii) The area described in the Tenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 19B/120, subject to memoranda of mortgage 269719.2, 504165.2 and B. 016094.2.
