Holloway Snowden Ashy is appointed to commission in the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority and effect from 15 October 1991.

Royal N.Z. Army Medical Corps

Andre Christopher Peyroux, M.B., Ch.B., is appointed to commission in the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority and effect from 27 February 1990.

Michael Bryan Merriman, M.B., Ch.B., is appointed to commission in the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 30 November 1990 and effect from 15 September 1991.
