Notice of Order to Wind Up Company
An order for the winding up of Springfield Acres Limited (in liquidation), formerly of 20 Arawata Street, Te Awamutu, now care of the Official Assigneeβs Office, Hamilton, was made by the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of December 1991.
The first meeting of creditors will be held at the Official Assigneeβs Office, Seventh Floor, Departmental and District Court Building, corner of Kingston and Albert Streets, Auckland on Wednesday, the 22nd day of April 1992 at 11 a.m. Meeting of contributories to follow.

Notice of Extraordinary Resolution to Wind Up Company
Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 3rd day of April 1992, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and the appointment of the official assignee as provisional liquidator.
The official assignee has appointed Stephen Tubbs and Kevin Michael Thomas, chartered accountants of Christchurch, to act on his behalf until the first meeting of creditors (details of which will be advertised at a later date).

Pursuant to Section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 31st day of March 1992, the following special resolution was passed:
That in accordance with section 268 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, that the company be wound up voluntarily.
Note: The company being solvent a declaration of solvency pursuant to section 274 (2) has been filed.
Notice of Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of April 1992, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
