Chelsea Tannery Limited (hereinafter called "the lender"), with reference to Parshelf 45 Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of April 1992, the lender appointed Kenneth Athol Howard, accountant, whose office is at the offices of K. A. Howard Consultants, 10 Seaview Road, Paraparaumu as receiver of the property of this company under the power contained in an instrument executed on the 4th day of April 1991.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
