Land Set Apart for State Primary School, Mokauiti, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for State Primary School subject to Open Space Covenant 379397 over area marked “A” on D.P. 16431, pursuant to section 22 of The Queen Elizabeth the Second National Trust Act 1977, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
