Unity Intermediary Limited

Pursuant to Section 336 (7) of the Companies Act 1955

On the 13th day of March 1992, the High Court at Auckland ordered that Unity Intermediary Limited be restored to the Register of Companies at Auckland and that on delivery of a sealed copy of the order to the Registrar of Companies, Unity Intermediary Limited be deemed to have continued on the Register as if it had not been struck off.

A sealed copy of the order of the High Court was delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 1st day of April 1992.

That pursuant to sections 18 (1) (a) and 18 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company be and is hereby altered by omitting paragraph 3 in total and substituting the following new paragraph 3:
