Under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955
Take notice that on the 21st day of January 1992, an application for an order under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955 in respect of Brantell Holdings Limited was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The order sought is:
(a) An order directing the company to institute Court proceedings against M. D. Shearer and Shearer Truck Sales Limited, in respect of moneys owed to the company.
(b) Alternatively authorising David John Gutry, a member of the company to institute and prosecute Court proceedings in the name and on behalf of the company against M. D. Shearer and Shearer Truck Sales Limited, in respect of moneys owed to the company.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 4th day of May 1992 at 10 a.m.
