The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions for each Fish and Game Region in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the notice in the New Zealand Gazette in which the Minister of Conservation declared the 1992 open season for game.

Junior Part Season Game Licences may be issued to persons under 16 years of age as at 2 May 1992. The provisions of the Arms Act 1983 apply with respect to firearms used in accordance with the licence.

The notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 51, 4 April 1991, page 1114 to 1115, Third Schedule, Game Licences and Licence Fees is hereby revoked.
